About Us

History

Founded by Peter Gardner in 2011, as an offshoot of the development work of Gardner Development, Gardner Construction is a vertically integrated construction firm focusing on historic renovations and new construction in New Orleans Louisiana, renovating or constructing over 500 units of residential, multi-family, event, and hospitality spaces over the last 20+ years. Our projects range from 800sf single family houses to 110,000 sf mixed use apartment complexes.
